About Me

Hi, I’m Stephanie Sussman — an experienced accounting and HR professional passionate about helping businesses stay financially organized and operationally smooth. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in small business accounting, payroll, and human resources management.

My journey has taken me from managing multi-state payrolls and preparing tax filings, to overseeing monthly financials and onboarding employees. I currently support a diverse client base, handling everything from bank reconciliations and financial statements to tax prep and cash flow analysis. I take pride in delivering accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication in every client interaction.

I’m well-versed in tools like QuickBooks, QuickBooks online, Wave, Xero, Stripe, Toast, Square, Appfolio, Buildium, payroll platforms, and ProSeries - and always ready to dive into the details that make a business run better. Whether it's training clients, streamlining financial workflows, or solving complex accounting puzzles, I bring focus and integrity to everything I do. I believe in working hard, staying curious, and always bringing a personal touch to professional service.

I was born and raised on the North Shore and currently live in Danvers, Massachusetts with my husband Andrew, and my son Nate. I hold a degree in Business Management from Bentley University.  

Outside the office, you will most likely catch me on a baseball field cheering on my son, reading, taking a Pilates class or watching the Celtics!
